How long are bundle reports valid? +
Reports from the “5 reports” bundle never expire — you can use them anytime. Each generated report stays available in your account for 12 months.
Can I get a refund if there is no data? +
Before payment we show how many records were found. If the data turns out to be unavailable after payment, we refund your money or offer free VIN monitoring.
Which payment methods are available? +
Payment by Visa or Mastercard through a secure payment gateway, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. For business, payment by invoice is available.
How is the “Business” subscription different from a bundle? +
The subscription refreshes your report limit every month and adds VIN monitoring, API access and priority support — it is the format for those who check cars regularly.
